Con la certificaci\u00f3n EDGE es posible cuantificar y reportar las m\u00e9tricas de impacto, como el ahorro energ\u00e9tico, de agua y emisiones de CO2.<\/p>\n<p>The Certification EDGE represents an evaluation of efforts to transform the market for sustainable construction.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h3><b>\u00bfQui\u00e9n cre\u00f3 la Certificaci\u00f3n EDGE?<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"txt-just\">\n<p>La certificaci\u00f3n EDGE (Excelencia en Dise\u00f1o para Mayores Eficiencias) Banco Mundial (World Bank) a trav\u00e9s del IFC (Corporaci\u00f3n Financiera Internacional).<\/p>\n<p>Esta certificaci\u00f3n permite reducir la huella de carbono y eficientar los costos operativos, aumentando la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica del edificio.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h3><b>\u00bfQui\u00e9n otorga la Certificaci\u00f3n persona que desarrollar\u00e1 y\/o financiar\u00e1 el proyecto.<\/p>\n<p>EDGE Expert: persona o grupo de personas acreditadas para asesorar al cliente en todas las etapas del proyecto (dise\u00f1o y construcci\u00f3n) quien adem\u00e1s apoya en el registro, planeaci\u00f3n, revisi\u00f3n de documentaci\u00f3n, es importante que no sea alguien involucrado en el dise\u00f1o<\/p>\n<p>Certificadora: Es un revisor externo que forma parte del GBCI en M\u00e9xico, el cu\u00e1l revisa los reportes elaborados por el Auditor EDGE y verifica el cumplimiento de los ahorros energ\u00e9ticos del edificio.<\/p>\n<p>Auditor EDGE: Es la persona acreditada que posee los conocimientos necesarios para la revisi\u00f3n de las estrategias aplicadas en el proyecto para obtener la Certificaci\u00f3n EDGE.<\/p>\n<p>Norma EDGE: Conjunto de reglas, lineamientos y especificaciones a seguir durante todo el proceso para cumplir con los ahorros energ\u00e9ticos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h3><strong>Requisitos para obtener la certificaci\u00f3n EDGE<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"txt-just\">\n<p>Para obtener la certificaci\u00f3n EDGE debe cumplir un ahorro m\u00ednimo del 20% en energ\u00eda, 20% en agua y 20% en energ\u00eda incorporada a los materiales el edificio a certificar.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h3><strong>Niveles de la Certificaci\u00f3n agua y 20% en energ\u00eda incorporada a los materiales del edificio.<\/p>\n<p>EDGE ADVANCE: Este nivel lo logran los proyectos que demuestran ahorro de 40% en energ\u00eda, 20% en agua y 20% en energ\u00eda incorporada a los materiales del edificio.<\/p>\n<p>CERO CARBON: En este nivel se busca la m\u00e1xima reducci\u00f3n y compensaci\u00f3n del consumo energ\u00e9tico del proyecto, para conseguirlo es necesario demostrar un ahorro de 40% en energ\u00eda este porcentaje debe ser reducido mediante el dise\u00f1o y estrategias del edificio, el 60% restante debe mitigarse mediante fuentes renovables en sitio, 20% en agua y 20% en energ\u00eda incorporada a los materiales del edificio.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column verificado que el proyecto es apto y ya tienes definido el Nivel de Certificaci\u00f3n EDGE a alcanzar los pasos a seguir son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enter data and record the project<\/li>\n<li>Auditor\u00eda de dise\u00f1o: EDGE a trav\u00e9s de un auditor revisar\u00e1n los datos del proyecto y la documentaci\u00f3n para que en caso de ser aprobado para obtener la Certificaci\u00f3n EDGE, pasar\u00e1n la informaci\u00f3n del proyecto a la certificadora GBCI y esta emitir\u00e1 el fallo.<\/li>\n<li>Certificaci\u00f3n EDGE preliminar: El GBCI al obtener la sugerencia por parte del auditor EGDE emitir\u00e1 un certificado preliminar.<\/li>\n<li>Auditor\u00eda en sitio: A trav\u00e9s de EDGE App se ingresan nuevamente los datos del proyecto, para registrarlo y eval\u00faen la documentaci\u00f3n del edificio que sustente el % de ahorro, para que en sitio un auditor EDGE verifique que el edificio cumple de manera correcta con los ahorros.<\/li>\n<li>Certificaci\u00f3n EDGE: El CBGI revisa los documentos emitidos por el auditor EDGE, si la documentaci\u00f3n y el edificio cumplen se entrega de manera oficial el Certificado
