class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"txt-just\">\n<p>The urban infrastructure is the set of spaces that allow the development and functioning of the human life, spaces for the development of activities of daily living and recreational activities.<\/p>\n<p>En la actualidad el 56% de la poblaci\u00f3n mundial vive en las ciudades y se calcula que en un par de a\u00f1os ser\u00e1 el 70% por lo que plantea la necesidad de concebir Ciudades Resilientes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h3><b>Infrastructure Resilient<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"txt-just\">\n<p>La resiliencia de la infraestructura es la prevenci\u00f3n, absorci\u00f3n, recuperaci\u00f3n y adaptaci\u00f3n oportuna y eficiente de los espacios y funciones esenciales de la infraestructura, que han estado expuestas a riesgos.<\/p>\n<p>La implementaci\u00f3n de la resiliencia en todo el ciclo de vida de las ciudades debe realizarse mediante la gesti\u00f3n de riesgos, la evaluaci\u00f3n de estos y aplicando m\u00e9todos que abarcan la naturaleza sist\u00e9mica de la
